Bi-metal liner is the most widely used at present, The mud pump cylinder sleeve is an important and easily worn part of the hydraulic end of the mud pump. And also one of the most important parts of the hydraulic end of the mud pump.
 
Features:
l Inner sleeve: Made of high chromium , with wear-resistant and anticorrosive properties
l Outer wear: All-in-one forging alloy steel
l Outer sleeve and inner sleeve are assembled by hot fitting (the outer sleeve expands by heating, and the inner sleeve shrinks by cooling).
l Inner sleeve is made of high chromium cast iron by centrifugal casting
l The tensile strength of the out wear is higher than 900000psi
l Hardness of inner sleeve is above HRC62 and it will withstand the mud pressure of 7000psi
l Normal service life can reach more than 800 hours.
