The ceramic plunger is mainly applicable to petroleum industry, chemical industry, food industry, which is used to replace the metal plunger and solve the problems of poor corrosion resistance, low-temp resistance, short service life. It has high performance of wear-resistance, corrosion-resistance and shock resistance. Compared with metal plunger, the service life of ceramic plunger is 6-10 times longer. Ceramic plunger can not only greatly improved the output of crude oil, but also reduce the cost of viscous oil production. This technology belongs to the international advanced level.
