In general, we supply two-in-one (ceramic + rubber) composite plate and three-in-one (ceramic + rubber+ steel)  composite plate.

1.  Two-in-one composite plate:
 
Special ceramic tiles are embedded into the special rubber through vulcanization, forming to square wear-resistance rubber lining plate. Then fixed the lining plate onto the inner steel plate of equipment by welding or pasting, forming a strong and cushioning anti-wear layer.

Ceramic rubber composite board is the choice of leading hot vulcanization technology, the square or half spherical wear resistant ceramic lining and rubber vulcanization together, so as to form a ceramic - rubber composite wear resistant ceramic rubber board. It combines the advantages of high hardness of ceramic and high buffering and anti-fatigue function of rubber, and can deal with the abrasion resistance of equipment in the transportation of bulk materials. The participation of rubber, in addition to the composite plate has outstanding wear and corrosion resistance, but also to avoid the production and reduce the noise caused by the accumulation of materials.

2.  Three-in-one composite plate:
 
The three - in-one wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite board is a combination of ceramic, rubber and steel plate. Namely, the square or hemispheric wear-resistant ceramic lining is vulcanized with rubber and steel plate to form the ceramic-rubber-steel wear plate.
 
Features: 
  1. The overall mechanical strength of the wear-resistant ceramic rubber composite board is greatly improved. 
      Wear-resistant ceramics have a strong wear-resistant performance. Rubber layer is added in the middle to cushion the peeling caused by different linear expansion coefficients of wear-resistant ceramics and steel plates.           
      Moreover, the impact on wear-resistant ceramics is buffered, and the impact strength of composite plates is improved to give full play to the performance of materials.
 2.  Wear-resistant ceramic and rubber composite board can be made once in the factory according to requirements, which guarantees the quality of the workpiece and facilitates installation.
 3. After welding with the steel plate, the bolts used for fixing the coal scutches and pipes are vulcanized in the rubber layer.
     The lining plate has smooth appearance and no exposed substance, which does not affect the material flow.
 4. The metal base plate and couplers do not contact with materials, thus avoiding corrosion and wear.
